Early check in, late check out, extra tea do the room, help with appliances, providing early breakfasts and snacks for day trips! They went above and beyond. "Great breakfast, big room, amazing service, all inclusive feels like good value even if food is solid rather than amazing. Lots of choice. Love the beach club. Good range of activities. "

"An ocean view room was reserved for my parents at the Sugar Beach hotel. They were celebrating their Golden (50th) anniversary. Initially they were given a room that was very far from the reception and required climbing stairs and didn't provide a clear ocean view (something we paid for). Also, they were not provided with drinking water in their rooms. On top of this, their in-room phone did not work. They were eventually moved to a better room on the ground floor, but the staff and service had already scarred the experience at the hotel. Prior to their stay at Sugar Beach, they stayed at the Le Meridien, where the staff, the service, the location were all top notch. The day and night difference between the two hotels made it worse at Sugar Beach. Will not be booking Sugar Beach Hotel again. "

"The property is situated in a prime location with a beautiful view. The swimming pools were really clean and the staffs were so nice. My room landline and TV was not working, just checking the room once would have helped . Overall an amazing experience :)"
