"The location of the hotel very close to Jalmahal. This is situated at tge centre of Jaipur. We were visting from Canada and we wete fully satified with service. 10 out of 10 for cleaniness. Hotel is failrly new. Its built to represnt the old Jaipur built ,haveli etc type. Wondefully decorated. Great pricing . 24 hours reception staff. Sachin was assiting in dinning room every breakfast and he was wondeful to deal with. Buffet breakfast was included. We recommend this hotel. "

"Our stay at Taj Devi Ratn was spectacular. The room was very spacious and the staff very incredibly courteous and efficient. The available dining options were great and authentic. The only downside to the hotel is the distance from the Jaipur city center, but the area was very peaceful as a result."

"There were several major issues during our stay at this hotel. Food hygiene: Throughout our three-day stay, the breakfast area was overrun with flies. They were landing on food en mass and staying there, especially on the uncovered breads and pastries. After observing for nearly an hour, one staff member told another to “zap” the flies. No effort was made to replace or cover the contaminated food. This was extremely unhygienic and unappetizing. Food quality: We had dinner at the hotel on our first night. Compared to other places like the Taj and Oberoi, the food here was mediocre, especially considering the comparable price. I would strongly recommend exploring other dining options. Lack of flexibility and poor customer service: When our flights were cancelled due to the war, every other hotel we had booked in India — including Taj and Oberoi — offered refunds without issue. This hotel did not. They ignored our initial requests, then dragged out the process, wasting hours of our time. It became clear that they prioritized money over basic fairness or guest care. Because of this, we had to scramble to rebook flights so we wouldn’t lose the money spent on this reservation. I had assumed a smaller boutique hotel might be more understanding in difficult circumstances, but that was not the case here. Facilities: The swimming pool is extremely shallow — too shallow for our six-year-old to enjoy. Additionally, the pool area was full of mosquitos. Overall, I would stay away."

"The room was clean and had plenty of towels and pillows, the shower was powerful and warm. The staff were polite and helpful, always with a friendly greeting. The pool was a lovely bonus, and very peaceful."

It was completely different from the pictures what you have on your website. So we did not check in the property. And we message you for the refund. So we want refund about that booking."

"Hotel Saba Haveli is a wonderful place to stay in Jaipur. The place is a traditional boutique hotel within the gates of the Pink City nearby to restaurants and shopping. My room was beautiful, decorated in the the local style with unique and beautiful furnishings, with all modern facilities. The staff was amazing. I arrived around midnight, the staff were standing in the doorway with two bellman to take my luggage to the room. I was greeted with a marigold flower necklace and traditional welcome. The paper work was already completed and was in the room in 10 mins. The next morning, I awoke from a great sleep to the commotion of Jaipur and a wonderful breakfast. When I was headed out to see the sites I was introduced to the owner who showed me a beautiful, relaxing garden across street from the hotel. The staff helped me get a Tuk Tuk for the day and told the driver where to take me. Was a terrific day!!! That evening they recommended a terrific hotel in the Pink City called Johri. Another great breakfast in the morning and off to the airport once again with help from the staff. Just an amazing, wonderful experience at the Hotel Saba Haveli. "
