"Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. "Staff were friendly, room was good size for us and our two dogs, found the bed rather firm for us and was rather closer to the motorway than I realised you would have heard traffic all the time if the window was open but luckily there was a fan. The on site cafe was great. Pet friendly, lovely people and good food. Would stay there again for that reason. "

"It is a very nice hotel and in lovely grounds. The staff were helpful and friendly. It is a shame that there is no lift but staff helped with taking our cases upstairs. The food was good and so was the service. I will be visiting again and recommend it to others."
