"We had a nice stay in this cozy home. We particularly enjoyed lounging on the spacious sectional when we weren’t sleeping on the comfortable bed or exploring all that the Hudson Valley has to offer. Dave’s messages were friendly and timely. We didn’t need to ask for anything because the house was well equipped with everything we needed. We accidentally left something behind and even before we noticed it was gone, the cleaner messaged with a plan to mail it to us. We will definitely consider staying here again for another visit."

"Rooms were gorgeous, we stayed in a king suite. The property has several condo type houses with several units. Everything was literally in town yet felt surrounded by trees and a waterfall. Beds incredibly comfy. Stylish overall. We loved the free candies in the afternoon, s’mores packs for the fire pits, and complimentary rich coffee every morning."

"What a beautiful home! We enjoyed every bit of it during our stay, although we spent most of our time out and about, we enjoyed listening to records by the fire after a rainy afternoon, made delicious coffee and had a nice hot shower in the downstairs bathroom! We would love to come back again!"

A three minute walk to the village green and center of town, the suit street and neighborhood is so close to everything yet offers complete serenity. From the well supplied kitchen and spacious living areas and large outdoor spaces. I think this place has everything one would need for their stay. We feel more and more at home every time we come to town and Judy and her team make it even better with their attention to every detail and quick responses. This is our second stay at one of their properties and we will definitely seek them out for our next trip up."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this B&B."
