We called twice in advance two weeks before and the day before to confirm that engagement photos were permitted for guests. Despite this, staff interrupted us three separate times during our shoot to demand ID and room numbers. It was unprofessional and felt like harassment, especially after we did our due diligence to follow every rule. While the historic look is beautiful on TikTok, the service does not match the aesthetic. We expected much better for such a significant life event. March 1, 2026, room 106."

"The apartment itself was very nicely decorated, clean, and a beautiful space overall. However, we did run into an issue with the hot water. The shower knobs take a little time to figure out, and we later learned from the host that the unit has a small water heater, which can run out quickly. When this happens, it can take up to 45 minutes for the water to heat back up. Since the space has two double beds and can accommodate multiple guests, this could be inconvenient if several people need to shower back-to-back. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely. "

We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round"
