The hotel itself was beautifully fitted out, the common spaces were a lovely mix of bright and airy and cozy charm, the rooms were spotless and there was every amenity that you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The team at Capella Sydney were so friendly and welcoming, very attentive. They definitely know how to do service well.
