The Space:
Located on the top floor of the historic Stevens Building, this beautifully appointed apartment combines heritage charm with modern comfort. The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with queen bed, a contemporary bathroom, and an open-plan living and dining area designed for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether it's a quick breakfast or a home-cooked dinner. On the same level as the apartment, you'll have access to a shared balcony where you can relax and enjoy views of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.

While we do our best to ensure a comfortable stay, guests may experience some noise during daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions before booking.
Guest Access:

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

From here, you can easily stroll to Circular Quay, Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Opera House, Barangaroo, and the CBD, making it an exceptional base for experiencing the very best of Sydney.
Getting Around:
Located in the heart of The Rocks, you'll be within easy walking distance of Sydney's most iconic attractions. Stroll to Circular Quay, the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Barangaroo, the Royal Botanic Garden, and the CBD, all just minutes from your doorstep.
Circular Quay Transport Hub is only a short walk away, providing easy access to ferries, trains, light rail, and buses, making it simple to explore every corner of Sydney. Ferries offer a scenic way to visit destinations including Manly, Taronga Zoo, Watsons Bay, and Parramatta.
The neighbourhood itself is best explored on foot. Wander through The Rocks' historic laneways, browse boutique shops and weekend markets, discover art galleries and museums, or enjoy the area's renowned cafés, restaurants, and traditional pubs. With everything so close, a car is rarely needed, although you can find secure parkings (at your cost) in the area.
International Airport: 20 minutes by cab without traffic
Central Station: 17 minutes by train
Opera House / Circular Quay: 5 minute walk
Bondi Beach: 25 minutes by bus
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our description (check description)
Lost keys, or keys not returned to the lockbox at check-out, will incur a call-out fee.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. The fire alarms are very sensitive and may trigger a Fire Brigade call-out. A $1,000 fee will apply if smoking or vaping activates the fire alarm.
