Four Seasons Hotel Sydney
We had a stay scheduled here and due to airplane problems, missed our scheduled flight. The hotel staff was very helpful in getting our pickup at the Sydney end rescheduled. The hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay, even though we were only able to enjoy one night with them.

Hyatt Regency Sydney
Only 3 of the 6 elevators appeared to be working (but there was no signage to confirm this) which resulted in my low mobility mother and I having to wait more than 25 minutes for an elevator to check out, at which point she had to force herself into an already full elevator while I took the stairs. ...

Room had hair and pee in the bathroom I had to change rooms and purchase my own small bottle of bleach and clean the room myself. No blanket on the bed.
