This means that our roads- both state and private- will be steeper, narrower, and curvier than you may be used to driving. Also, you should expect to encounter gravel roads. If a cabin requires 4 wheel, front wheel, or all wheel drive to access it, it will be listed in the description. Mountain getaway

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was roomy enough for our group. It’s conveniently located to several great cities with plenty to do for everyone. The house was very clean and the host was very quick to respond to any messages. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful

The house was very clean and plenty to do when we weren’t out and about. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and afternoon looking at the beautiful views. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again. 😊

Great weekend

This spot in the mtns was the perfect base for our visit to the area. Plenty of room for us all to spread out & individually be ourselves. Porch, man cave, billiard table, hot tub & fire pit. Easy access to Dillsboro, Cullowhee & Sylva.

Relaxing weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Relax and Unwind. It was great for our two families. We were perfectly located between Bryson City and Dillsboro where we were able to go whitewater rafting on the Nantahala and the next day tubing down the Tuckaseegee River. We returned in the later afternoons and enjoyed the evening cooking together in the well stocked kitchen and gathering around the large dining table playing games into the evening.

Great views and location

The view from the back porch was great. The drive up to the house has a lot of curves but it is beautiful. We were able to find the house using Waze and Apple maps so did not have to use the alternate directions provided in the confirmation. We had a great stay. The proximity to Dillsboro and Sylva is great with some good restaurants nearby.

A pressure washer would do wonders

The view is great and the space is comfortable for big groups. I would NOT say this is a 4 bedroom place though. One of the "rooms" is the curtained off landing at the top of the stairs. There are couches in the basement they may be counting as beds? The "host" is a cabin company. The fireplace kept breaking and they would send someone out.

High on the Mountain

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. It was beautiful and spacious. The game room with the pool table was great. The hot tub is always a plus. My only concern was the drive to the house. The 2 mile drive up the mountain although paved is very curvy and always climbing. The turn into the subdivision is in a curve. After turning into the subdivision, there is a long uphill climb on a rock path. Don't stop or you will have a very difficult time climbing to the house. Again, the house itself was awesome.
