Stunning Private Lodge with Great Views!

This Spectacular Mountain Home is like new and the perfect spot for your next dream vacation or family gathering. Our 4000+ Sq. Ft. home easily accommodates 2 families with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and a spacious loft.

You may not want to leave the home, but if you do……

The Fraser Valley area offers Skiing, Golf, Fly Fishing, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Boating, and more. Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and Lake Grandby are only a short drive away.

The home is 2 minutes from the 27-hole Pole Creek Golf Course and 15 minutes from downtown Winter Park / Mary Jane, or Granby Ranch Ski areas. Cross-country skiing is available nearby at the renowned Devils Thumb Ski Ranch, and great sledding is available right on the property!

Situated on 4 private acres in Pole Creek Meadows, our home offers tremendous views of the Continental Divide and Indian Peaks from virtually everywhere in the house, especially the big wraparound deck. Wildlife abounds as Deer, Fox, Porcupine, and the occasional Moose are often found wandering through the property.


The home is perfect for gathering; extremely open & bright, and very well appointed featuring:
• Great room with Gas fireplace, TV and comfortable seating on two sofas
• Huge Master Suite with King Bed, spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub, plus a private deck

Kitchen is well stocked... lots of room for everybody...great hot water - views are fantastic... I think we saw five rainbows on the first afternoon. Saw an elk cow below the house on the road...and could hear elk calling in the still dark hours of the morning. Parking in the 3 car garage is nice. The stars at night are so thick it's crazy. We checked the calendar to see if we could come back for Christmas - but someone beat us to it. I'm sure it will be like a dream for them. We would love to come back.
These do not do the view justice.
It was snowing back on the mountain tops and the clouds were shrouding their view.
I have an old iphone with a marginal camera...so imagine the real deal!
The stars were just glorious!

Beautiful views and a beautiful house! Great amount of space for our family of 10. Easy access to Frasier, Winter Park, Granby, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Perfect Home for Vacation with Extended Family!

Wade’s home was the perfect home away from home for our extended family vacation. We had kiddos of all ages and three couples. The house was setup perfect for both togetherness, with plenty of space to break away, too. We especially appreciated the second living area downstairs and the hot tub! This is an annual trip for us, and we will definitely be looking to stay with here again. Thank you, Wade, for a wonderful home to call ours for a few days!

Spring Break 2024

We had a fabulous trip and the lodge was beautiful and very well equipped. It was perfect for our family. The grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub and sledding. The picturesque snow was looking a little scarred by the sledding, but I’m sure the three feet that fell after our departure put it back to pristine condition. The kids enjoyed the sledding and tubing in the area. Grandma & Grandpa elected to abstain from those activities. We played lots of games and wonderful memories were made. We were lucky that the two families had spring break the same week this year. We may look into staying again during the summer sometime. Wade was on top of the internet issue right away and kept me informed of the status along the way. Again, many thanks for sharing this wonderful home.

Reliably Wonderful Time at Pole Creek

We've stayed at this wonderful home multiple times. As usual, it was everything we wanted. Our top needs when we vacation are a well maintained, clean home that is secluded and quiet. Oh and a terrific hot tub is also essential, along with a high quality, well stocked kitchen. We keep coming back because we have such a relaxing and rejuvinating time staying here and really value how reliably wonderful this beautiful home is.

Amazing Getaway

My family has been to the Winter Park area for 5 years now. This property is our favorite. It was just as advertised. The view of the mountains is unbelievable. The property was clean, had plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen utensils/pans/dishes etc. The heated garage was a must have for the winter visit. The host answered all calls/texts immediately. I would recommend this property to everyone who is planning a trip to the area. Absolutely beautiful home!!

Excellent time!

The house is beautiful, matches description perfectly. Our host answered any questions promptly. We all (9 of us) had a great time with plenty of space to ‘spread out’. Another important factor for us is a well-appointed kitchen since we like to cook so we enjoy most meals in. The location was great to get to WP, Granby/Granby Ranch, YMCA of the Rockies Nordic Center (highly recommend), restaurants, etc. Would definitely rent again with a large group. Thank you, Wade!

The lodge checks all of the boxes for us - secluded and private but close to winter park; and very clean and well maintained. Absolutely Beautiful!!

Absolutely LOVED this property! Its everything you've ever dreamt of when wanting to experience a White Christmas! Fully stocked kitchen, family games, outdoor snow sleds are just a few of the finishing add-ons that makes this vacation home the absolute best! FYI, you will need a 4x4 for sure!! Family Summer Vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation to Colorado. We typically go to CO. in the winter, but wanted to give the summer a try. This home is perfectly situated between Winter Park / Tabernash / Granby, which lends itself to tons of hikes, rivers, and outdoor adventures. The home itself is amazing - huge open concept kitching and living room, with private bedrooms, and an awesome wrap around porch. The neighborhood is upscale and was great for walks and runs. When we go back we would not even look elsewhere.

On the Road Again

1st time in 10 years that my kids got together again for a family vacation, this house was a beautiful way to get us started again. We loved the property, the house was beautiful and the views from the deck were just Gorgeous! The location of the house was close to National and Winter park and plenty of activities to keep us busy. Wade was very timely and helpful with the whole process and answering all my questions especially since I was a first time VRBO user. He made this easy for me. Exceeded Expectations

This property was amazing. The location provided easy access to several attractions, including RMNP, Winter Park Resort and the towns of Granby, Grand Lake, Fraser and Winter Park. The house itself may have been the greatest attraction of all though. We never tired of the mountain views from the master bedroom, decks and living room. The property was fully stocked with essentials (better than any VRBO we've ever rented). The hot tub was clearly well maintained and extremely clean. There were a variety of games available, and the ping pong table was a hit with the kids. To top it all off, the three-stall garage was available for renter use, complete with two clickers! I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking at a trip to the mountains. You won't regret it.
