"Amazing house for our family reunion. House was stocked with many basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, water bottles, shampoo, etc) which made for less trips to Safeway. Owner was quick to respond to questions as well, thanks again!"

"The area was quiet and calm, the room was small but not a surprise we saw the pictures. It’s very much like a mini cabin and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable and clean. "

"Excellent property with a front row view of the lake and the Donner Triathlon this past weekend which was super fun. Very convenient to the marina as well, jus steps away so renting paddleboards and a boat for wake surfing was easy. Highly recommend !"

"We had a family gathering and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is very well maintained and stocked. Having so many bathrooms was a nice luxury. Communication with the property manager was smooth as he always responded quickly, and we didn't have to do all the cleaning that other properties require (just taking trash to garage). I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again."

"Everything was as described. Kitchenware was of high quality. It amused me to see the multitude of wine openers in one kitchen drawer. The steps going into the property was challenging for me. With the kitchen above the bedrooms was problematic if I wanted to sleep late. Luckily I’m not usually a late riser. The setting was spectacular. The outside furniture made it easy to enjoy it. The upper level was fun, though the contents of the boxed games were out of the boxes and jumbled together. That was not a problem with my 3 year old granddaughter who made her own games with the various items. It was a GREAT place for me and my family to spend time together. "

"If you want to unplug a bit and get away this is the place. Very clean cabins. Kitchen had everything you need. Nice sitting area outside with a grill. Very quiet and relaxing with the Yuba River right there. Staff were extremely nice. Our dogs our now depressed we came home. Pretty sure they thought it was our new home. "

"Overall, this property was everything that we could've asked for and more. Things we liked: Amazing views off of 3 separate decks. Great kitchen that was fully stocked - bring food and you should have all the tools to make it. Movie Theater seating and ease of using said movie theater (we just brought a laptop). Responsiveness of the property manager - she responded within 2 hours when I texted her on a Sunday night. Sauna, steam room, and hot tub all were awesome, only issue was space because everyone wanted to use them. Location - Right next to 2 golf courses and a trailhead. Close enough to town and Tahoe to drive and get to said places. Sound system easily controlled through a phone app that allows you to play Spotify/Apple on 1, 2 or all 3 floors depending on time of day or atmosphere. The showers...definitely enjoy the Master Bedroom shower, that is a work of art in itself.Things we disliked: If you have trucks, you'd have trouble fitting 10 vehicles as stated. We had 7 and adding an 8th required parking sideways. With cars, 10 is probably feasible, but driving to the mountains usually requires larger vehicles. That said, being able to fit 8 large vehicles is quite a lot already and probably doable for 99.99% of groups. Stairs...holy crap so many stairs. Overall, we are all sad we are no longer there, and back in the real world, but highly recommend this place. 5 stars out of 5 "
