I try to get room service, but they do not know how to get order. Their reaction was very unprofessional. I also tried to get wake up call. Called front desk, but no answer.

地理位子很方便，鄰近台灣大道，不管前往台中火車站，或者逢甲夜市都很方便。有平面的平車場，但是數量有限，需提早入場。住宿方面，不提供一次性備品請自備，飲水機只有一樓提供，飯店旁有超商，生活機能的很方便。飯店早餐要到對面永豐棧用餐，菜色豐富，中式西式都有，選擇多樣化。

訂的房型是豪華房所以房間很大，簡單到感覺空洞，有陽台但開不了陽台的門，沒有保險櫃，進浴室有關小台階，沒注意會差點絆倒。晚上前台可能值班不見得有人，如需要服務房間電話要按櫃檯才會通⋯其他客房服務等等按鈕都不通。整體感覺是住宿性質比較屬於日租套房。
