"The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. No elevator and I was on the 3rd floor, but it had a wide stairway to upper floors. The breakfast was okay with just a few of the basics and nothing fancy. The room was clean and had what I needed. No complaints and I would stay again. It was very convenient to the supermarket next door and ideal for long stay for those that want to prep a little food for themselves. It has a small sink, stovetop, and refrigerator with a food prep area, but...

"Large hotel but really quiet. Good sized room with a seating area. Lots of amenities available at the hotel and a public bath, which was lovely. It was very clean and well kept, close to the station at Hamano and convenience stores."

"Was a great expeiance room was on the smaller size but it was just me and i did not travel to Japan to sit in the hotel. This room was perfect a single or a couple to use as a home base to visit Tokyo. Seen reviews that say check on was hard let me say a little Japanese goes a long way.
