"The location was great, quality of the service by staff was awesome but property has certain maintenance issues. The door was locked and mechanism did not work, they replaced that and it took 30 mins. Also, with the rain all savage system came out from the toilet at 2 am in the morning and they moved me another room for just one night."

"All the staffs are excellent and well knowledge about the property and often provide extra services. The cocktails at the roof top bar is excellent"

"Yoyo has done a great job to keep our room clean and tidy thru out the 12 nights stay."

"Great location!"

"Hotel and room were clean. Pool was nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent with many amenities nearby and a beautiful boardwalk minutes from the hotel"

"Staff is very friendly. They are always very helpful."

"Nice location but the room was pretty tiny. You can hear people next door talking on phone so it was a little bit noisy during the day. The staff were helpful, so I had a pleasant stay."

"Nice service and very clean room."

"Front desk was always super helpful, nice, and accommodating. Rooms were always cleaned daily. Bathrooms were super clean."

"Very good"

"The hotel was fabulous 👌 thanks to our lovely receptionist Queenie we got an early check in and had about 5 hours more in this lovely hotel. We had a harbourview room and it was truly spectecular. The only improvement could be the breakfast, which was very disappointing."

"It was a great stay, but one of the three rooms we booked was dirty or was rushed on cleaning. We did request a refresh the next day since we went outside for the whole day; that one was still dirty and felt rushed. The other two rooms were spotless tho. The staff were very friendly and helpful; kudos to the guy who helped us keep our luggage while we strolled around after the check-out"
