Amazing staff (Alex at front desk) in every department creating a memorable and special experience at every turn. I took advantage of dining, gym, conference room, living room, garden - not to mention the fantastic room itself! It was home & work away from home, all wrapped into one. "We had a wonderful and plesant stay in Simple + Hotel . The hotel provided extra miles that wow us. We were surprised that the hotel allowed us to borrow extra pillow of our preference. We had comfy sleep... There were coffee, tea and herbal tea readily available thoughtout the day that make us felt at home especially when we reached the hotel after a long day of outing.
