"Room was spacious enough for two. Staff were very helpful. Train station is a 6 minute walk away. Air conditioning was a bit hot but we just opened a window instead. The buffet wasn’t worth it in my opinion but there’s a Family Mart, restaurants and various bakeries nearby. "

"No one to help with luggage; front desk would not make dinner reservation--told to walk downstairs and do it myself; very small room; sink and vanity in bedroom area instead of the bathroom; no English television station; no view from bedroom to outside; charge for everything, for example the cappuccino at breakfast and ice at bakery; gym is very small, cold, bad smell, no water and no towels; service staff often unfriendly and unprofessional.
