"From check in with the wonderful Raphine who welcomed us warmly and explained everything, to the comfortable and clean room and bathroom and especially the fabulous breakfast with so many delicious choices, this hotel exceeded all expectations. In addition, the location across from the railway station was ideal. So very happy we chose this hotel."

"If you are not familiar with the Citybox hotel chain, like I wasn't, you will be surprised by their extremely lean structure and staff. Having said that, I don't think their obsession with efficiency caused any problems with our stay. Checking in and out is extremely fast and easy, the communal kitchen is convenient and clean, the few staff members we came across were very friendly and helpful, and the premises were brand new. Rooms were initially clean and functional (although not cleaned again for any of the other 5 nights we spent there). The lack of a TV in our room wasn't particularly a big deal, but including separate hygiene products for hair and body, as well as a hair conditioner, would have been great. The particular location was not the best for visiting the city, but there were a good number of restaurants and shops around."

"I had a great stay at the Comfort Hotel. The location is perfect for catching an early flight at the airport. Reception staff was friendly and helpful and really helped me by letting me store my large suitcase before my stay. The early breakfast was very convenient and delicious. I would definitely stay again!"
