The spot was conveniently located with a walkable distance to everything in Tamarindo. With many shopping, restaurants, surf schools, coffee, shops, bakeries, and even tattoo and piercings. It is a quaint space, we got to know our neighbours as well, we all faced the pool, which was nice and refreshing after a humid walk through the city. Laura, provided us with great breakfast every single morning with a good variety. Would definitely book you again.

This was a great stay. Very convenient location to groceries across the street, multiple dining options and a short walk to the beach. Breakfast was different every day and cooked to perfection. It was so good that I would have felt guilty not tipping the cook - I think her name was Lara. My only suggestion would be to have a comfy couch instead of a 3rd bed in the seating/ family room area. It was a little awkward, our family of 4 gathered on a bed to watch our Netflix shows at night before bed but we made it work.

The place has a very good standard. The beds are comfortable and everything is working. I appreciated the location; everything in Tamarindo and the beach are in walking distance. The staff is friendly and professional. I also appreciated the complementary coffee, tea and water. For me, Ten North Tamarindo Beach Hotel is a home away from home.

There is a reason this hotel is so highly reviewed. I traveled with my family and the staff, including Juan and Laura, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Unlike other travelers, we had no problem with the noise. The location is only a few min walk to the beach and next to restaurants and supermarkets. We highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel, it’s well worth it and the coffee is excellent. Looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect Hotel

Ten North is a great location, quieter off the main strip but still very easily walkable to the bars and restaurants. Supermarket across the road is very convenient. Easily walkable to the beach with boards for a surf! Staff were lovely and so friendly. We would definitely recommend and stay here again if we come back!

Ten North was amazing! The staff was friendly and always accommodating. Breakfast was awesome! The rooms were updated and very clean. Highly recommend this spot as it was clean, great breakfast, and walking distance to everything Tamarindo!
