The guy who ran it was very nice and it wasn’t too far from a couple stores and a couple restaurants. It was just at night. There were some locals who bothered me, but it was OK because I’m an American and I understand."

"Property was a little out of Lovina Beach, but was only a 5min car ride away. Lunch and dinning options were limited at the resort, so if you didnt like the available options, this meant you were heading into Lovina Beach or beyond to find a restaurant that had a wider menu range."

"We loved our stay at Villa Lata Lama Joglo and highly recommend it! It really has to be seen to be appreciated, as the photos don't do it justice. The joglo has been refurbished and outfitted beautifully but is still very livable. Lots of different spaces to hang out, fantastic pool that gets plenty of sun, and very kind & helpful staff (hello to Ketut and Seger!). "This stay is the best kept secret in Bali! The location, service, privacy and family atmosphere lend to an incredible experience. The cabin is luxurious, clean and filled with amenities…the host is kind and generous and makes food to order for a minimal cost. If you want a getaway to relax, read and enjoy solace on a farm…this is your place! The host went beyond the call and drove me to a restaurant to meet friends and was attentive to my personal needs. Just wow! I will return and stay here again!"
"The property is absolutely gorgeous. Tge views are mesmerizing. The villa is brand new. Absolute attention to detail carefully thought through. "It's a beautiful newish property with spectacular views!! It was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly.
The only negative is that it is hard to find - no signs on main street and kind of bad path off the main road. The outside of the property seems to be worked on still so hopefully it will all be resolved once finished.
Also not much to do right around there - but that is probably the case for many places around Bali."

"This was an amazing location with beautiful scenery. The staff were so sweet and welcoming, the food at the restaurant was great, the spa service was so relaxing. Being able to trek to the local waterfalls right out your door was also a huge bonus. If you are looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay, book here! Just make sure to pack your bug spray! "
