"Front desk, staff and manager, we’re very helpful in managing and finding a solution to an issue I had and for that I am grateful. The property was gorgeous beautifully and tastefully decorated. However, you are near the monkey forest so they will be around the hotel, but they do not bother anyone unless you have eye contact with them which is not good so just keep walking. Great area as well lots of food to eat and things to do like the swing and zip line. They also have a restaurant and a bakery on premises, which is also very good. Thank you for everything."
Bali Magical Villas Ubud - Brand New Villas with Fitness Center & Jungle View

"The villa was exceptional. We stayed in Villa Cendana which has 4 double bedrooms. The property is only 3 months old and is spotless. The dining areas inside and outside are great for entertaining and the lounge and outside sofas are beautiful. The private pool is huge about 12 metres by 4-5m, which is much bigger than we were expecting. The staff are so thorough and made sure that we were incredibly well looked after. They helped us with directions to the local laundry and how to operate the washing machine in the property, and wanted to ensure we had a great stay. We took up the daily breakfasts by the villa hosts and it was great, and really good value. We also used the private Chef for a bbq and again the quality was very very high. Our group used the massage service that only needs 2 hours notice, and they set up in one of the bedrooms or out on the terrace. The property is well placed, south of Ubud and withing 30 mins of most things in a Grab taxi. There are 2 good coffee shops and bakeries nearby if you don't want breakfast in the villa. All the rooms have smart TVs and there is fast WiFi too. We were a party of 7. 4 adults and 3 kids 4-7 and it was perfect for our group. Can't recommend this villa enough. Thank you for a great stay."

"We cannot rave enough about Hava Ubud. The property is GORGEOUS! It is the stuff vacation dreams are made of. It is conveniently located NEAR Ubud city center so you’re close enough for convenience but are not smack dab in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff were top notch and made the whole experience wonderful. They have amazing amenities and delicious food. We highly recommend getting the iced vanilla latte. Sounds basic but it was BOMB!"

"A superb hotel. Spent a week here in July 2026. Received a very warm welcome upon arrival and checked in to a standard room, more than adequate, spacious with a walk in shower and bath room. Bed was super comfy and huge! The pool area is more than adequate with sun beds available at all hours of the day. The pool has a great view over the nearby forest. Took advantage of the spa which provided excellent treatment, a little bit of extra luxury. The breakfast is very good with all you’d expect from a buffet catering to all cultural tastes. The 2 restaurants are good, although you may wish to go farther afield for some authentic Indonesian cuisine. Plenty available. The staff are super attentive, always around to serve at the pool or dining facilities. Always a sincere friendly greeting. The hotel Is about a 15 minute cheap taxi out of Ubud away from the busy areas. Only minor read for improvement would be room balcony, ours was a little shabby and not so Inviting as it was very close to the main road. Maybe request a room facing away from the road if affected by noise. Overall we would definitely visit again and recommend to any wishing to visit Ubud."

"I can only echo what so many others have said—I had a fantastic stay at Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud as a solo traveler. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. The property is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax while still being a short trip from central Ubud. My room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything I needed for a restful stay. What really stood out was the genuine warmth and kindness of the staff. They made traveling alone feel effortless and helped make my time in Ubud even more special. The only negative in my opinion was the food. I had breakfast every day and one dinner at the restaurant, and nothing was wrong with it. However, nothing particularly stood out; it was just average. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone, especially solo travelers looking for a tranquil and welcoming retreat."

Floating breakfast comes with extra price, should advertise like that also. Very selective breakfast menu which is included in price although taste was good."

"If you're debating whether to book this resort, just do it! My husband and I had an amazing stay. The room was incredibly luxurious, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. We also loved the beautiful architecture and the thoughtful attention to detail throughout the property. The staff were warm, attentive, and always more than happy to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the nightly turndown service, especially the thoughtful mini treats left in the room—it was such a lovely touch. The location is another big plus. It's just a short distance from Ubud Center, making it very convenient to explore the area's shops, restaurants, and attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at the resort. The spa was excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more Western breakfast options, such as bacon and sausage. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"
