Great location! Right in the middle of everything. Attached mall and its own convenience store. The facilities are aging but overall useful. During my stay, water pressure what somewhat weak and the shower head had a leak. Overall a good stay.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It wasn’t on the beach side, but it was still close enough to walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The hotel’s restaurant, Rootz Hill’s Grill House, had very good food and service. They also served breakfast and the guests could get a big discount, so that was nice. The hotel staff were very helpful. The only negative thing was that the bathroom shower wasn’t clean. My husband said it was probably because of the hard water. Other than that, it was excellent.

It was a great stay at the Guam Plaza Resort. It's clean, well maintained, safe, and the staff were all helpful. The room itself was dated like the TV had just cable, but the bed and restroom was clean. Water pressure was great with functioning hot water throughout our stay. I didn't found any bugs, which was great. AC was cold and functioning. There is a laundromat that can only be accessed by hotel guests. The safe had a problem, but was fixed within 10 mins by their staff. The parking was good but it does get full at times on peak hours/dinner, you may have to park on the uncovered rooftop/garage. Overall great stay.

Excellent location in Tumon, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, excellent location as can walk to everything, Starbucks is 10min walk away ( inside Westin hotel lobby). Only issue with this hotel is it need better signs on where the gym and laundry is.
