Staff was awesome 24h store was cheaper than other hotels store and it was convenient. It helps us a lot 😊 Room are clean and good simple interior. Only towel looks Worn out and it wasn’t looks clean. Overall it was great!

First time at Hotel Tano...but very impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean. Will definitely come back again.

The lobby was nice, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. I especially liked that there was a shop on the first floor. I stayed in a suite for three nights, but the towels kept changing in type and amount, so they were inconsistent. The amenities also never matched the number of people. When I asked, they brought more right away, but that’s why I couldn’t give it five stars. Overall, it was a good hotel.

I was there overnight. Didn't get a chance to take it all in. It's a very comfortable hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Would be nice to have a bar in the lobby, even a small one would be great.

We liked the friendly and kind staff. The hotel is relatively brand new so sometimes we had trouble telling the location to drivers, who didn’t know the name of Hotel Tano. I hope this hotel gets known.

Wonderful customer service. Everyone from Front Desk to Housekeeping to the Bell Man were welcoming and friendly. The vibe is cook with beautiful minimalist aesthetics. Loved the comfortable beds and pillows and especially the mini freezer and fridge in the room.

Hotel was decent. I heard it used to be a not so pleasant hotel, but they did a good job on the renovation. The closet sliding door bottom track looks dirty, but the tracks are rusty. The bathroom is good except you see spots of rust in the shower area. Water pressure is great! I asked one of the housekeeper, I think she’s young. I wanted the room vacuumed, and she used a broom instead. The place is great when you want to jest on out quick instead of those big hotels that take time on the elevator. I had a rental car and parking is alright. It’s not a hotel that the beach is outside, it’s a walk to the beach, which isn’t too far depend on the beach you’re going to.

Hotel is Very Clean and Service are awesome Except Hotel seem still in Process of renovation , confusing for main entrance because front of the hotel are closed you my think its out of business , I had to figured out that back was the main entrance
