I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. I really wish that they had found a way to make it work. This hotel has a lot of potential, but with everything being closed, I found out hard to overlook the old and aging property. The elevators almost got stuck a few times. The air conditioning could not keep up in the middle of the day. On high cool, our room was up to 77 even with an extra fan from the front desk.

Hot, no power for several nights, run down

We have stayed at this hotel many many times, as we travel to Guam for business very frequently. It's getting a little older, but was still a nice hotel until this last trip. The power went out on 3 different occasions during the 10 night stay, effectively locking us out of our rooms until 2 - 4 am on all 3 nights power was out. Additionally, the AC units were not working, and the rooms were incredibly hot, with no air circulation. All the guests were on the 16th floor, and all other floors blocked off (not sure if this was due to Covid or not.) The pool is also closed due to Covid, which is understandable, but frustrating due to the heat. The hotel is getting very run down and definitely needs to make some drastic improvements soon!

Roaches!!

We had 3 roaches in the room. One on the wall, one and the bed and one on the other bed. They crawled up on my arm while I was sleeping and I had to call the front desk to change the room at 4am in the morning. Security box was broken and even though I asked to fix it, they didn’t do anything about it.

The service was outstanding. The people we encountered were extremely friendly. However, the resort needs some help. The AC was mediocre at best. Which created a huge humidity problem. The carpet felt almost damp when you stepped on it barefoot and the tile in the bathroom was actually wet with humidity. The room rarely got below 80 degrees F. Which made it difficult to sleep. To be fair I didn’t report it until the last day. But it was not addressed to my knowledge. The room Smelled stale and moldy as the days went on. With a little TLC this resort could be outstanding. But in this shape definitely not worth the price!

The view was amazing... my kids were happy to be spending the weekend at the hotel. Unfortunately, we checked in @ 3:00pm & checked out at 12:am the following morning. The room was dusty, the carpets felts weird & the AC wasn’t working. We assumed that the room would’ve gotten cold by the evening and tried to remain optimistic about the room.We called front desk around 11:00 pm and was only informed that there was a problem with the AC for the entire building. Thank you to the staff for understanding. I Hope next time around the conditions will improve.

This whole hotel needs a reno. The rooms are so old and dated. The worst was the dirty and smelly carpet. There was not one place in the room that didn't look delapatated and in need of repair, from the cocking om the shower, old furniture, stainijg, etc. We won't stay here again. It literally felt like staying at some highway inn motel.

3박4일 커플여행 중 2박 머무른후기

아무래도 괌의 모든 숙박시설이 오래됬다보니 이쁘다거나 세련됐다는 느낌은 없었다. 오션뷰였는데, 낮은층이라 수영장에 가려 바다까지는 거의 안보였다. 가격대비 기대했던 크기도아니었다. 생각보다 아담했지만 KBS글로벌 채널이 나오는 TV, 냉장고, 침대,물,타월은 다 있어서 깔끔했다. 다만 슬리퍼가 없어서 맨발로 다닐수가 없어 여분의 신발을 신었는데, 개인용 슬리퍼 신고가기를 추천한다. 직원분들 모두 친절하고 에어컨이 딱 선선하게 틀어져있어서 덥지도 춥지도 않게 잘지냈다. 특히나 수영장 이용이 가능해서 이틀 연속 수영장에서 재밋게놀았다. 프라이빗 비치는 가보지는 못했지만 그냥 에메랄드빛이라 멀리서봐도 이쁘다는거! 주차장을 지나서 나가면 식당가도 있고, 편의점ABC마트도 도보5분거리에있다. 무려 한국인 운영ABC마트이다. 조식도 가격이 조금 비싸긴하지만 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 특히 식당 뷰가 오션뷰라서 아침먹다가 쌍무지개봤어요! 피에스타에 하루머무르면서 먹은 조식보다 퍼시픽이 더 좋았습니다.

スタッフの対応がとても良く気持ち良く滞在できました。ホテルは古いので、なんだかなぁと思う点は多々ありましたが、グアムのホテル全般が古いので その点はどこに滞在しても同じようなのかなと思いました。（新しいホテルや全面改修したホテル以外） ただ、ここのホテルはスタッフの明るさや優しさで補われていると思います。 カウントダウン花火を部屋から観ることが出来て最高でした。 反対側の部屋からだと見えないかもしれません。

送迎は期待しない方がいい

送迎付きの部屋を予約し、念のためにHotelにも送迎があることを確認していたが、迎えの依頼をしても全く返事がなかった。webサイトからもしましたが無理でした。 口コミで「迎えがこなかった」とあったが、夜便だったのかもしれない。そこは期待しない方がいいし、夜便は迎えなしと記載してほしい。 設備がかなり古いが、不潔ではなかった。 Hotelを満喫する人には向かない。

立地は良いですが、シャワーの出力が弱かったり引き出しの取っ手が壊れてたり設備の老朽化が目立ちました。プライベートプールも他に比べて小さいのでここに泊まるなら隣のPIC(pacific island club)の方がいい笑

スタッフの対応は優しいです。 ただ、施設の古さと清掃の雑さは海外の中でも悪い方かと…4人一室だったのですが、二人分の飲み物&シャンプー…日本から持って来てたので、何度も説明するのがめんどくさいので、諦めました。 次は違うホテルにします
