"A hotel straight out of a 1980s James Bond film — perched dramatically on the cliffs of Vico Equense with views so cinematic they almost feel staged. The rooms have a charming, nostalgic feel that reminded me of my grandparents’ house growing up, yet everything is clean, well‑maintained, and thoughtfully cared for. If you’re afraid of heights, this isn’t your place. The drop from the balcony is very real, and the panorama is exactly as striking as the photos suggest. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. There’s something about them — their style, their manner — that made me feel like I’d stepped into a Bond movie, which only adds to the hotel’s unique aura. The beach club, accessed via a cliffside elevator, is a little worn around the edges but perfectly functional for a swim and a sunbake. And not even James Bond could bypass the sun‑bed attendants — the loungers come at a cost, even for hotel guests, a reminder of Italy’s unwavering beach‑club traditions. Overall, it’s a charming, slightly eccentric cliffside escape with unforgettable views and a personality all its own."

"This was a great location - a lovely town away from all the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but so close to visit all the great areas of the Amalfi Coast. Pigi's communication was outstanding! He was very helpful to assist in organizing our, from arranging our transfers from Naples to the villa and a van tour of the Amalfi coast where we visited Positano, Amalfi and Ravello - highly recommend this b/c you don't want to be driving those roads!! You can walk to town to pick up the train where we took it to Sorrento - quick -15-20-minute train ride. But - be prepared to climb steps! It's well worth it to be at this location!!Overall - book it! You'll love it!!"

"Location is absolutely beautiful! Short walk to the beach, pool, restaurants & boat pier for rides to Capri or Amafali. The ladies working are kind, helpful & do an amazing job with transportation, excursions and most importantly breakfast! Starting everyday out on the deck with that fantastic coffee! We arranged a taxi pickup through the hotel at Napoli and it worked out perfect!"
