"You have to schedule a time to use the pool. There is no air conditioning and the fan was not working well. The seagulls were really loud."

"Booked a twin room but told they were full on arrival so we were upgraded to the family room. Love that it was literally near the entrance on ground floor. Only downside to the room as the pull out sofa bed dipped so my daughter was sleeping in a downward tiltwd position and the room had a musty smell to it. Aside from that, food was great and handy to a restaurant on site. Also other eateries nearby too. Was fine for a nights stay."

"Lovely location with great views from the bedroom and lovely outdoor area . Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee in the room. No fridge . The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok - nothing special but it was not expensive."

"Lovely hotel, with incredibly warm and welcoming staff. We had our puppy with us who was well looked after and cared for by all. Restaurant was delicious and very attentive operations manager who ensured everything was of a very high standard and the dog was accommodated. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"The Rock Inn is a beautiful, old pub, set in the stunning Somerset countryside. The huge trees surrounding the pub offered fantastic shade during the recent heat wave, keeping my room pleasantly cool. Housekeeping during my stay was not great, but, as the cost of my four night stay was so cosy effective, willing to overlook, but, would have appreciated the bin being emptied at least every other day, a fresh towel every other day & complimentary tea & long life milk being topped up. Really enjoyed staying at the pub, highly recommended."
