"Buffet was nice, pool was ok but not very clean, room was ok but I think better maintenance of facility would be nice. Laundry service was expensive (in my opinion). Had a big excavator working right next to pool so kind of takes away from the relaxing beach atmosphere. It was ok. Not the best but not the worst"

"The property was not as it shows online. The resort was totally empty except for us. The security guard checked us in. Although they were empty, they put us on the fourth floor with no elevator. The staff that we did see over our stay were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The restaurant wasn’t open and the pools were not clean. Maybe it was off season, I don’t know. The staff is the only redeeming factor."
