Lulu City condos are ideally located across the street from the San Miguel River and the base of Lift 7 (the Coonskin Lift) and right on the Galloping Goose Shuttle route (Telluride's complimentary town shuttle bus). The condo is beautifully decorated and features a great galley kitchen, a dining area, and washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms: one has a queen and a king is in the other. The loft has an additional two trundle beds(4 twins).

Enjoy the Rocky Mountain fresh air from the southeast facing deck. The complex has an outdoor hot tub and a summertime swimming pool as well as a poolside barbeque. Combine with Lulu 4C for larger gatherings of friends and family! Pets are no longer allowed at Lulu City condos.

The hot tub and/or pool may be closed at any time due to health and safety concerns. Accommodations in Telluride has no control over these closures, as they are determined by the HOA. We cannot guarantee the availability of HOA amenities, as we have no influence over them. During the winter, usage tends to be higher, which may lead to more frequent maintenance and water refills. We will notify you as soon as we are informed of any closures. Please note that we are not financially liable if the hot tub is out of service during your stay.
