New Neighborhood Gem

I would definitely stay again. Spa was great. Staff and Service were fantastic. Unfortunately, there is no food in the facility and our rooms was very dirty. Coffee cups put away with stains, lipstick on glasses, tables were filthy and sticky under books and magazines, several of the towels were dirty, hair all over both bathroom floors, burnt out light bulbs and NO AC. It was very uncomfortable and hot. If they had a better cleaning crew I would have rated it perfect.

It was pretty good the front desk was helpful. The parking guy was not helpful. Lovely rooms just no temperature control and our fan stopped working after hours the front desk was around so that was not ideal

You absolutely get what you pay for

I couldn't have picked a better place to stay during my weekend in Telluride. The units are spacious, clean, luxurious, beyond comfortable, just everything you want when you travel. The rooms were quiet, the staff were all knowledgeable and friendly, and the building is dog friendly! Within a 5 minute walk to the gondola and the main strip in town, you can't do better than this.

Great hotel, no perfect but pretty good.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing. The cleaning service was not great and it was extra. Also, the trail leading to the hotel wasn't my favorite. The location was on the edge of town but still walking distance to all restaurants. The black tie ski location was extremely convenient and the staff were very professional.

Somewhat disappointed

Desk is not open early in the morning. Given the price of this condo development, that is surprising and substandard.
