This condo includes a well-equipped kitchen with a four-seat breakfast bar, perfect for casual dining. The spacious living room offers ample seating and features a large-screen TV for your entertainment. Step outside to the expansive veranda, which overlooks the pool and is furnished with outdoor dining for six, making it ideal for alfresco meals and relaxation.



The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, a dedicated workspace, and ample closet space. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed along with generous closet storage. Additionally, a twin size mattress can be set up to accommodate an extra guest, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.

Great condo in a perfect location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great 2 bed 2 bath condo in a wonderful location. Very close to lots of great restaurants and beaches, 20-30 minutes from larger cities and all he shopping and tourism you can handle but far enough to avoid the crowds, traffic, and noise. 10/10 I will def. stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean, property with everything you need. Easy walk to beach and little minimarts, little cafes. We had a car and with the gated, security guard on duty 24/7 never feared of any vandalism. The normal GPS to this property from the airport is along 911 (the monkey trail) which is not possible to drive with a rental... so be aware that the drive from the airport is a longer route (21/155j . Loved our stay here!!!

5 mins to the prettiest beach & great community

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 6 months (our first home in Costa Rica) after moving from Canada. The condo unit itself overall is acceptable, although it does require some updating and general maintenance. We loved the 5-minute walk to Playa Penca, where our dogs had fun exploring the rocks at low tide. We also made some amazing friends with the owners and other long term residents - 4 pm cocktail hours daily!The groundskeeping was mostly satisfactory, although it needs to be maintained better around the pool to help prevent tracking a lot of dirt and debris in.The property is within walking distance to some great restaurants - if you want more things to do, you'll need a vehicle.We're looking forward to returning often to visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this property as a long-term rental while we house-hunt in Costa Rica. Overall, the facility is well-maintained, with super friendly and helpful staff, and is well-secured.There were some issues with the washing machine for the first couple of weeks, but they were able to make arrangements for us in another unit while repairs were made.The unit itself needs some updating, particularly in the kitchen to make it more suitable for longer-term stays, but overall it meets our needs nicely.Tony and Carlos have been wonderful and provided excellent service.The location is about a 5-min walk from either Playa Potrero or Playa Penca making beach visits easy. The only downside is that you really do need a vehicle or means of transportation at this location, as the variety of amenities and attractions within walking distance are limited.
