"Very spacious living space, wonder couch that everyone could fit around, nice that it had two separate rooms. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Wonderful stay."

"Loved everything"

"We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people."

"Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!"

"Stayed for 26 nights in this newly refurbished hotel. Staff were very friendly and the free light breakfast was a welcomed treat (although very limited). "The hotel was great. Would recommend make an appointment here again."

"Excellent service and wonderful property."

"Great location and proximity to station. Liked communal bath. Bar only open from 5-7pm with poor drink selection. No coffee or tea in room."
