"Just checked out of our room at Four Points as we make our way across Japan. The property offers efficient, and cozy rooms in the heart of the Kitahama area. Close to 2 train stations (5 and 10 minute walks respectively) and close to several convenience stores, coffee shops etc. The rooms themselves are quite small. My wife and I packed very light and even then we had a bit of a hard time navigating around the room since it was tight. So, if you plan to bring a lot of luggage just keep this in mind. Overall the hotel was very clean, felt safe, and every interaction we had with staff was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again as it was a good location and price. "

"I had booked a room and paid extra for breakfast.. on my first day of breakfast I realised that had nothing there for lactose intolerant or allergies. I went to the counter and asked for a refund for breakfast because I wasn’t happy with it and the manager said you are on a non-refundable stay… What has the breakfast got to do with this day? My kids would not eat the breakfast and I ask for a refund only for the breakfast so we could go down the road and eat what was suitable for us… also I am not racist but when I’m in Japan, I want the manager of the hotelh and I want to stop in the restaurant to be Japanese. I’m not putting up with rude foreigners that can’t even speak English or don’t understand what Armond milk is"
