Excellent hotel. Very central location in Osaka. Literally right by the subway station, right across a fantastic super market and close to many restaurants and Shin-Osaka station. Room was very comfortable and spacious compared to a standard hotel room in Japan. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly too. Bonus: Great bakery downstairs by the lobby. Strongly recommend this place

Loved the location as It was very close to the train and easy to get around from. Close to shopping arcade with lots of places to eat. Nice rooms and good breakfast. We had access to the club lounge, which was nice. Would have been nicer though, if they had had more variety, as it was the same snacks every day. Only the soup of the day changed and twice, they ran out of the bread.

We had a reservation that included breakfast buffet - with western/Japanese food - so so tasty. We wish we were able to stay in the room with 2 beds, but they were all sold out. Will def stay again, but had to ride a bus or subway to go to Osaka station. All stops very close to the hotel though. Also grocery store is right in front of it if we need to buy meals/snacks.

This Premier hotel lives up to its name; the staff was always attentive and greeted me in unison whenever I entered thru the lobby. The small cafe next door seems to make pretty good stuff, I didn’t buy bread or anything but I did buy an ice cream cookie which was amazing…. The hotel isn’t really adjacent to any landmarks per se, but at least there’s a subway station literally right in front of the entrance. Convenience stores are all around and there’s like this long food hall one street over that sells excellent Japanese and cafe foods. The room itself was actually more spacious than I imagined, and very clean too.
