A masterclass in World Class hospitality. Lia at check in was welcoming and made an impact after traveling all day. Akiko & Yu at Kura provided by far our best dining experince in Japan. Finally, Nanako, made our stay very special by taking something personal we shared as the reason of our trip and acknolegding it in our room for turn down. It's always the little things and she nailed it.

My wife enjoys upscale hotels, and this was the best hotel we've ever experience. Not just the room, which was good, but the architecture and design inside the hotel spaces. It was elegant, artistic, inviting, peaceful. Really an architectural and interior design masterpiece. Warning: you won't want to leave the hotel!

Perfect stay

We always felt like the most important thing for all the employees was for us to enjoy our stay the maximum amount. We were afraid to feel out of place as such a beautiful hotel but this was only before we arrived. They were also really helpful with accommodating for vegetarian restrictions at their restaurants. Breakfast was also the best we have had in Japan. Both for a vegetarian and a meat eater.

The Conrad is the definition of first rate. Wonderful food, friendly and helpful staff, amazing view of Osaka, world class weight room, sauna and other amenities. Excellent location with subway access. The minute attention to detail was very impressive. This is one of the finest hotels in the world. If you ever get the opportunity to stay here, take it.

We travel fairly extensively for both business and pleasure and this Osaka property rates right near or at the top for quality. Conrad, Osaka is part of the Hilton group and I would put it on par with Mandarin Oriental and Four Seasons. Out suite had sweeping views of Osaka, was very spacious and beautifully appointed with all modern amenities. We highly recommend and would most definitely re-book next time we are in Osaka.

My night at the Conrad was not only my favorite night in Japan, but it was one of the best night's of my life. The view is incredible... We were greeted by the kindest woman & we had a drink in the bar while we waited for our room. We stayed there for hours! When we finally went to our room, we were stunned. it was just gorgeous... again the view! And the bathroom was amazing. All very spacious, warm & welcoming. We cancelled our morning plans so we could enjoy every minute. We had dinner in the bar then went for a dip in the amazing pool.... and woke up for a massage (which was on of the best experiences I've had at a spa). I highly recommend the Conrad. It will not disappoint & worth every penny!

Amazing, except for the breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful. The views are amazing, and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The one downside was the buffet breakfast. One morning, the host was very rude as I walked up to tell them my family was already seated. When I did finally say they were in there, she just grunted and looked back at her ipad. Another morning, the host could not find my room number on the list, and while the apologized, it shouldn't be that hard. The service once inside was very slow. Overall, this is a great hotel, and they deserve to be well regarded, however, the breakfast was a miss.

I had the privilege of staying at the Conrad for 4 nights. The hotel is on floors 32 thru 40 in the middle of Osaka and I can only describe the view as stunning. In my room I was looking down on 13 helipads - an unbelievable vantage point. The room itself was state of the art with a central control system allowing me to open/close the drapes, control the lighting and air conditioner and set the alarm. The fitness facility was top notch with the best gym equipment available (Technogym) featuring a screen that guides the tempo of the exercise. The food was excellent. The best part of my experience, though, was the service I received from the staff. Friendly and helpful, they answered my questions and suggested places to visit in the city. You won’t find a better hotel anywhere in the world.

Very Good Hotel But Can Be Improved

My girlfriend and I stayed at Conrad Osaka for a couple of nights. The hotel is beautiful and its staff were attentive and kind, especially Hoshizaki Airi-san. Her warmth and dedication to helping us and other guests must be commended. Our room was spacious and clean. However, the toiletries were not as good as other hotels we stayed at in Tokyo and Kyoto, and the bathtub would have been better for us if it was longer, not wider. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided were subpar compared to competitors. They were highly perfumed and was a turnoff for us. However, overall, Conrad Osaka is a fine place to stay and take in skyline views of the city. If the hotel would improve on some of the minute details in the room, it would border on perfection. We will gladly stay there again in the future but have alternative shower and bath amenities with us.
