We had an older style room but our friends had a modern decor room which makes me think they are updating rooms. The staff were wonderful and could not be more helpful. "I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was amazing! Beyond the spectacular location the staff was extremely helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and cozy. The hotel is so convenient next to the train station, bus stop for the valley, and the gondola. Breakfast was a delight. Overall it was an amazing time. "

"A great little gem of a hotel, with extraordinary friendly staff, great amenities and in the middle of Saas-Fee. Gym is well equipped, albeit missing a rowing machine. Spa facilities are also amazing!"

"5 Star rating from our family of 5! This was one of our favorites from the 4 countries we toured. Everyone from checkin, to daycare, to the bar and restaurant were super welcoming, outstanding service. The bar food and drinks were a favorite. Danai at the kids club was the best with kids- she was amazing! A real resort with sports club perks and ski in and out proximity and ice skating. We did not want to leave!"
