"The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay."

"La última ciudad para llegar en auto y visitar Zermatt en tren, la estación a 100 metros del hotel. Los dueños muy atentos, a la llegada ya nos explicaron y nos recomendarían que hacer y qué ver, los mejores puntos y pueblos de la zona, también te venden el pase del tren ellos más económico que en la estación. Habitación recién hecha con cocina completa, grande cómoda y con una excelente vista a matherhom."

"Great location, close to the lift for skiing and an easy walk to town. The building is well kept and the caretaker very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well appointed and modern. When we arrived it was late and I asked about groceries. I was told the store was closed. About 15 minutes later the caretaker arrived with a bag of essentials for the next day!!!! Who could ask for more! I would highly recommend this property. My only reason for not giving it all 5's is the bedding. We did not...

"Great appartment with magnificent views! The rooms are spacious, lots of storage, everything is extremely clean and all utilities are present for a pleasant stay! The host was very nice and welcoming, we will definetly be back!"
