He was first helping us to do the checking even though the front desk desk employee had been politely doing it, he later personally assisted us to the room and tirelessly advised some of the nice restaurants with good value. Today 付亞靜 (Yvonne) really surprised me by her enthusiasm. Without being asked by me, she noticed me from distance that I might have a question. Proactively she approached me and offered some help to find a restaurant we wanted to go. She even arranged the taxi to take us there. This is a quality hotel we haven’t stayed in for a long time. "Booked this hotel on the understanding that it provides airport shuttle service. Only found out at check in that the shuttle bus is not 24-hour service, which was no use to me. Otherwise it is a clean and comfortable hotel. Suitable for stopover stays. "
