"This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully modern, with an excellent location that made exploring the area effortless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We accidentally left our passports in the safe, and when we called, three team members promptly went to the room and retrieved them for us. Their professionalism and care left a lasting impression. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service."

"This hotel is great, especially for business travelers. They have a good size parking lot with EV charging. The buffet breakfast selection consists of both Western and Chinese dishes. The hotel location is close to MicX? mall (10 minutes walking) and the subway line 10 is locate in the mall’s LG level. The only downside is the location which is further from the city center. It will take you 35-45 minutes to get to Nanjing Rd and 45-50 minutes to get to Pudong. By subway. The hotel amenities is acceptable being closer to a high 4-star hotel compared to Expedia’s hotel rating. The only down side to my entire stay was the hot water. My room was probably furthest from the hot water source so it normally will take 3-5 minutes before the water to the shower gets warm. "
