"Great beach and pool area"

"Overbooked and always had to wait for anything we needed. The card reader on our door battery stopped working and they couldn’t find any working walkie talkies to get someone from security to open the door for us. I needed to fill my insulin pump and we couldn’t even eat not access our room. No apologies or anything. The place was a zoo and was packed all time and there were huge lineups! We will not be returning to this hotel ever!"

"A good amount of staff were great and very sweet but others were not helpful and appeared annoyed when asking for anything especially in the emporium. We definitely got food poisoning at ocean2000 as my husband and I both had the seafood risotto and both got sick. Also the entire time one or two elevators were down so everyone was always waiting and squeezing into the same elevators with strollers and kids. Also not providing body free soap/shampoo in the hotel room is very odd especially in a family friendly hotel. Tons of options in the bathroom but if you used to any they charged you $20 for each bottle. Beach is beautiful and the guy who serves the beach drinks/food was the best, pool is pretty nice. For people with kids and strollers it really isn’t the most accommodating with moving around the resort. No space to walk with strollers to from pool or beach. "

"I stayed at the property from Friday 4/17 to Sunday 4/19 and the staff and property were great. Monique assisted me the last time I stayed on site and she was there this last stay. She is very friendly, professional and helpful. I also was assisted by Rome during my stay, he as well was very professional and friendly. Each of them made any questions I had answered with great service. However, due to the horrendous service from the valet company, I will not stay at this property again. At first paying a fee for valet per day seemed like an amazing deal however, the valet workers are extremely rude and disrespectful. During my two night stay, I was made to wait almost 30min for valet to take my car then, was told that oh I should have just let my key card unattended in my car during a high traffic time. Then I went to retrieve my car the next morning and the valet handed me my key card and made me go retrieve my car myself from valet. The last night I came back to the hotel to have valet empty from other cars and three valet workers. Two of them were just on their phone and one just stared. When I drove up they all looked over and then looked away. There was zero acknowledgement. I then exited my vehicle and approached the booth. Still no acknowledgement just the third guy staring at me. I handed him my key card and went up. My car sat there for over 25min and other cars ended up coming and they treated them and took their cars. I have never experienced such poor service."

"Easy parking, great AC, extremely clean rooms great grounds and easy access to area restaurant and bars. You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Staff is available and ready to assist with requests "

"Great location, right on the waterway with water taxi stop right there. Short walk to the beach, shopping and amenities close by. Nice lobby area with coffee shop, restaurant, games for the family and bar. Valet parking and free storage of your luggage if needed. Outside space was beautifully landscaped- lots of lounge chairs, patio bar and tables to sit and watch the boats go by or the draw bridge! Pool was lovely too! Outdoor games as well. Rooms were large and spacious but well worn. The biggest negative was the cleanliness… dishes still had food on them, sheets were clean but stained, same with white towels- not clean. Windows, appliances wiped with dirty cloth leaving gross film on everything!!! Bare minimum utensils. But the layout was really nice- could be awesome if refreshed and kept to a higher standard of cleanliness! Shout out to Steve at the front desk- went out of his way to call us a taxi ride to the airport!"
