"Huge disappointment! Property was not as clean as I was expecting from online reviews. Elevators not working. Vending machines not working. Advertised mini-golf on site, but they charge $12US for a crappy, not maintained putting green. Air conditioner in our room made loud noises 2/5 nights of our stay to the point we couldn’t sleep at all, and manager offered NO compensation. Lounge chairs around the pool were smashed together so tightly, you couldn’t access from the side. The one on-site restaurant served low quality, expensive food. Would not recommend this property at all. "

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. "

"The front desk staff were great. We weren’t happy with our initial room, and they upgraded us at no charge to a room with a better ocean view. That level of customer service really stood out and was appreciated. Some of the advertising for rooms are bit misleading as they state ocean-view but if you are on the lower levels on one side of the hotel, you really have to turn your head out the window to see the ocean. So these rooms are “partial ocean-view.” Try to stay at level 6-7 or above and you’ll be fine! I’ll rate the room excellent because of the view. The pool area was awesome and provided lots of fun for the kids, definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The main downside is the location. The hotel sits at the end of the strip, so there isn’t much within immediate walking distance in terms of restaurants or things to do. The surrounding area also felt a bit rougher compared to other parts of Fort Lauderdale Beach. The rooms are also in need of some updating. The walls were quite banged up and paper thin and the bathroom particularly the shower head, tub, and tiles felt very dated and Dirty almost straight out of the 90s - Especially the furniture. Any noise in the hallway can easily be heard from the hallway. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect a more modern and refreshed space. "

"We were on the second floor with a lanai and an awesome view of the ocean the room was mostly clean (rating a number 4 for a bit of dust on cabinets and wrappers on floor).. But the bathroom didn't have a shower door and just a sliding barn door to the bathroom that didn't lock was kind of strange when someone was taking a shower and anybody could walk in; sometimes housekeeping would just come in while someone in there. Also, it wasn't clear if we could use the pump hand soap and shampoo, etc as they were price $22 if we were to take them, but some of the bottles started out 1/2 full. We wish they had in-house laundry since we were there for 5 days. Nice to have room service but all the breakfast items like waffles and eggs benedict were too sour for both me and my son. The pool & lazy river were smaller but great and warm (seemed to be saltwater) "
