"Property was clean but it was older and the pictures hadn’t been updated in a while or at least looked different than the room I experienced. Several lights out in the bathroom and a leaking shower head. Seemed like they needed to do some updating and make the pictures match the actual rooms"

"the room was dirty and smelled. They sent someone up to give us a bottle of air freshener. I had to clean the mirror to see out of it. The iron was nasty and the ironing board was torn and dirty. Elevator wasn’t working properly. New staff member put us in a room with double beds. We were told to come back after 6 and we would be moved to a room with a king bed. That didn’t happen!!! "

"The room and facilities were good, but the staff did not have any information about the "show tickets" which were advertised as a discount perk ($10 off) with the reservation (email from Expedia). They claimed their guests receive no discounts for any nearby shows."

"Not sure how I feel about this place,I stayed with family of four and chose it for everything to do in the facility since weather was cold and rainy ….The price during poor weather or winter months is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT…( water park closed for season should have been posted on site at least not that I saw during my booking search)) arcade,golf,and indoor pool was available (cost not a lot but still more money) breakfast buffet (again more money) was smaller then most continental breakfast and in completely different buildings. STAFF AND CLEANLINESS WERE THE ONLY THING I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT. DO GO TO THE NAIL SALON DURING YOUR VISIT VERY GREAT PRICES AND WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE "

"Staff was courteous. Room wasn’t clean according to other stays that we’ve had, including this same hotel. Main issue was bathroom - counters dusty and hair on floor and toilet didn’t appear fully wiped down. Aside from that, the stay was good. Location being tucked in is always what makes this area unique. "
