"The room was clean but very dated. AC was not cooling the room and room was very humid. The wifi connection worked on and off. Overall it was a okay stay."

"Tv was messed up someone had to come fix it. Shuttle didn't run every 30 mins as advertised, my daughter and I had to walk 20 mins after her game to get to the hotel and the very next morning I had to walk 20 more minutes so I wouldnt be late for her game. The shuttle aspect was one of my main reasons for booking this hotel! They were doing construction on the hotel and it had a bad odor! Will never stay here again!"

"This lovely property was exactly as pictured and advertised. The host was extremely responsive and very gracious. We thoroughly enjoyed the pristine house and the inviting swimming pool. We appreciated all of the comforts of home including a baby feeding booster seat, a baby monitor, and a Pack-n-Play, all provided by our host. We couldn’t have asked for more! If we have another family gathering in this part of Houston, I will definitely try and book this home again. We had a fantastic couple of days and made wonderful memories."

"Hallways a little noisy night. Meeting had hotel meal, which was delish, and served very well by the staff. "

"Everything at La Maison was perfect. It is a lovely property, very refined and comfortable. Everything was "just enough". We loved the balcony and the shower. We had a jetted tub (but did not use it). Pillow was a bit too firm, but the bed and linens were comfortable. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, and on a morning we had to leave prior to breakfast, the ladies had prepped a to-go Continental for us. The location is great. Close to downtown but not crazy crowded. The streets were noisy when outside (cars, ambulances), but we did not hear them while in our room. I was pleased to find we were supporting a black-owned, woman-owned, and privately-owned business. I will 100% look to stay here each time we return to Houston."
