"A hotel with an excellent location, affordable rates, exceptional cleanliness, and delicious food. The staff is friendly—and most importantly, I arrived two hours before check-in time and was able to access my room without any issues. They also offer all kinds of coffee, milk, and water free of charge in the lobby. I am very satisfied. Thank you."

"This was a good, hotel in a great district with some very nice amenities. The staff are lovely and the shuttle is fantastic. I didn’t use the pool or spa so can’t speak to this. The rooms are not as luxury boutique as I was expecting but they were certainly comfortable, just a bit in need of renovation- at least in the section of the hotel in which I was placed. Beds were truly comfy. Coffee in hallways was nice for the morning! "

"Overall I'll give 4 stars. The front desk staff were very friendly as well as house keeping. My room clean & neat. The parking for the hotel is not easy and rather awkward. Also no connectinon from parking/ garage area to the hotel. Stairway and ramp portions are a little unsafe. My sister missed her step and I witnessed other visitors do the same in the same area. Lastly due to construction things like ice was not readily available on each floor."

"Very decent accommodations. I requested a handicapped room and they were going to put us on the third floor. And the elevator was not functioning. That was impossible for my wife and I. We were put in a non-handicapped room that created very uncomfortable situations. I cannot see ever placing mobility handicapped people on anything but the first floor."

"We were here for a 2 day stay for a wedding and were completely happy with La Maison. From our arrival greeting and check in with Ms. Tommie, to our large and quiet room, to the Urban High-Tea with Ms. Tommie, one owner - Ms. Sharon, and her sister, and to our delicious breakfasts we couldn't have been more pleased. They were so nice, the location is very central (with parking too), and we were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again when in Houston! "
