"Hot tub wasn't working and not warm. Breakfast was missing many items that they should have. "

"The house is a great place to relax the pool and hot tub and sauna all were fantastic. Alex is a great hostess she messaged us a few times during our 8 night stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The pool and hot tub were professionally checked mid week to make sure everything was working and clean. It was really cold weather but the sunroom was warm and loved swimming in the morning.our two dogs loved the fenced in yard plenty of dogs in the neighborhood behind the fence there is a dog my dog’s loved the excitement. Lastly the beach is really close we walked our pups there a lot. Thanks Alexa for a great time "

"The walls had a lot of damage there is no maintenance up keep the only thing that seemed clean was the bed sheets and comforter but the floors desks and drawers were all covered in some for of dust or stains. The lights in the bathroom did not work. There was a very weird odor through out the hotel especially the room. The window had no screen and opened completely and we were on the third floor obviously a major safety hazard. And to top it off we booked that hotel because it had a pool but when we arrived the pool was “out of maintenance” and there was no mention of that and we booked a week prior. Front desk never answers the phone. Over all the place had a very terrible vibe to it. And if you are looking for some place kid friendly don’t bring kids there it’s at a bad part of town I guess so a lot of homelesss and tweakers were in the parking lot and even in the hotel. Very sketchy. "

"breakfast was good and the hot tub/ pool however there was two basketball teams this weekend and it was a bit much. My husband and I were trying to relax in the hot tub when the group of boys was just piling in till it felt so squished. They were playing with the handi cap chair as well. The staff did not do anything about this or ask them to get out when it was rowdy. I did not get much sleep as they were also running around knocking on doors until about 2am. "

"The shower was not working at all the sink also and the bed was uncomfortable the heater was not working I checked it in on 6:48PM but because the terrible hotel conditions I checked out on 10:20PM totally the hotel is not worth it even a penny "

"Pros:The rooms were immaculate! Full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes , utensils etc! Nice livingroom area. Cons: it's contactless but thankfully there was someone at the desk. We got our key cards but they didn't work so luckily she could fix them. I never got the email the last night with directions to check out as promised. But we figured it out."
