"The staff were wonderful. Very accommodating and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and there is plenty of parking. Also, there is a great Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel."

"We stayed in the penthouse suite. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"First room we checked into was satisfactory, nothing great, nothing bad, just a room for the night. However, my husband went to take a shower and there was not one drop of hot water. He got dressed again and went down to get the room changed as the phone was not working either, Room was changed to a new room. The new room was outstanding. It had been redone and was excellent. While we weren’t happy with the no hot water, the situation was rectified promptly and with minimal effort. it is not what goes wrong but it is how management deals with the issue. The young man at the front desk was excellent and got his manager involved to take care of the issue."
"Clean room, accommodating staff. Pool was open and heated in mid Sept. The building we stayed in was a little dated and some details were overlooked, that being said, definitely will book again- the price, convenience and being dog friendly are all wins!"
"Phone service not good in the area.
Not a problem just in hotel but all surrounding places.
Terrible tv. Had to have (owner?) come to our room and help us.
Rooms very clean. Lobby area flooring lifting up but due to be upgraded by Christmas. "
"The shower curtain was not long enough and water pouring on floor. There was conditioner on sink dispenser instead of lotion. Other than that no complaints."
"We had a wonderful stay. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous. And plenty of things, including the beach, are within walking distance. Definite thumbs up."
