"Glad we were only in the room for one night… the bed was uncomfortable, rolled into the middle, the switch plates were all messed up, electric exposed in the bathroom, no coffee provided had to go to the front desk. Minor inconveniences but was there for a staycation/anniversary so wanted it to feel a little less “inconvenient” and clean/comfortable."

"Under construction. It was not noted when I reserved rooms. Got there pass 10 pm no front desk. Waited for about 20 minutes. Front desk had to run something upstairs. He was very nice and apologize he was the only one there. Valet refused to valet our 12 seater van. My husband had to find the lot. They started construction noise before 8. One of the room had the fridge so loud My sis in law had to unplug the fridge. Heater was not working.... I was just not happy with this hotel."

"Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Premium Price! I paid a premium rate for my stay at the Best Western Annapolis, expecting a higher level of quality and service. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short. Upon check-in, the front desk staff gave me a hard time about the breakfast for two that I had clearly prepaid through Hotels.com. It was listed on both my confirmation email and receipt, but it didn’t show in their system. They made me wait up to 30 minutes and insisted I email the hotel group a copy of my receipt before finally issuing a breakfast voucher once I returned to my room. The room itself was basic at best. The lighting was poor, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, there were no napkins in the basket, and the shower had no shampoo, conditioner, or bath soap. Overall, it felt like a standard budget stay rather than the upgraded experience I anticipated for the price. Service and attention to detail were lacking throughout. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a true premium or comfortable stay."

"This property is all about location location location. You have a two minute walk to Annapolis City Dock. Easy walking to USNA or even to the Navy Marine Corp Stadium (1 mile)! Includes one parking spot on the property which is priceless. Helpful info for planning would be that although you can sleep four easily at the location (one primary bedroom upstairs and one sofa bed in the downstairs) it would be tricky for more than one couple to share b/c the only Full bath is upstairs off the primary. We frequently travel to Annapolis for USNA events and will always consider this property in the future!"

"We were only there for one night, but the cottage is so centrally located it cannot be beat! Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked (although we didn't cook). Host was very communicative and provided lots of extra information for the area (restaurant recommendations, etc.). "

"The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location couldn’t have been better—an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the Naval Academy. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely choose to stay here again. "
