"I had a warm welcome for my 3 night stay in a private room en-suite. Location is great for St Paul’s Market, Jewellery Quarter great bus/metro kind into central BHam. Only commute issue to be aware of at night is a short underpass between Malacuna and central BHam if you’re walking in. Staff were all so helpful and friendly! Malacuna is very clean, here and there it is a bit tired looking or needs attention but it’s got everything you need and a decor that’s cheerful as well as industrial which I like. I felt very secure with all the privacy I wanted in my en-suite room."

"The hotel was clean an spacious. Close to the center of Town. I brought a few things to the attention of house keeping and they were rectified. Bed was softer than i would normally like, but the room was a good size and quiet. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I would stay again. As would the friends I was with. "

"The staff at breakfast were lovely. Particularly the man who greeted us (didn’t get his name 😞) and Maggie, the waitress who helped us with cutlery and chatted to us. She was very friendly and interested in both myself and my daughter and our trip to Birmingham. The food at breakfast was lovely and laid out really well. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Would definitely go back again and recommend to anyone."

"Lovely stay at the Aparthotel: Was very suprised at how affordable our 2 night stay was. Booked twin room, a lot larger than in the photos. Very helpful welcoming staff. Perfect location in the town centre, Bull Ring shopping centre, restaurants, bars across the road. The room was spotless, comfortable bed, lovely hot shower. Small kitchenette with hob, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, all cooking utensils needed to prepare meals, coffee maker, kettle. Parking £5 per day when validated by the staff. Would definitely stay again.😊"
