"I've stayed at this property several times before. Always had a great experience until this last trip. We booked for 1 night since we were there for a dentist appointment and this location is very convenient for us. Upon check in we were giving a room and when we arrived to the room it was occupied very awkward for both parties. They did quickly resolve the issue. The next day on our departure day we get a knock on out door around 9:45am from housekeeping that they were going to clean our room. We were shocked because my reservation says checked out is at 12:00pm. We felt rushed and left the room a little bit after 10:00am. I just felt rushed and in disbelief. We were left with a bad taste in our mouth and very disappointed since we really like this hotel. :("
