"I had a fantastic experience at the Quartz Hotel in Tijuana. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and truly valued. They remembered my name throughout my stay, which added a very personal touch to the experience. The team was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me get to my doctor’s appointments, making what could have been a stressful trip much easier and more comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of quality options to start the day. Overall, the combination of outstanding customer service, clean accommodations, great breakfast, and a beautiful property made this an exceptional stay. I highly recommend Quartz Hotel to anyone visiting Tijuana, especially if you’re traveling for medical appointments."
