"Nan’s condo was perfect! Welcoming cookies? CHECK. Prosecco in the fridge? CHECK. Water for the beach? CHECK. Coffee offered? CHECK. It was so clean. The condo is in a country club with a tier 1 golf course. Pawleys Island beach is 1 1/2 miles away. Great soft mattresses. Shampoo and conditioner in both bathrooms! I brought my small dogs and it was easy. The owner, Nan, went above what is wanting. Great communication, too. Thanks, Nan!!!!!!"
Pawleys Island Retreat with Private Pool

"Large house, lots of seating and pool!When arriving the house was set up for us to jump right into a great stay. We were furnished with towels, starter essentials, bathrooms had blow dryer in them with complimentary soaps etc. The house was nestled into a little nook. As we pulled up, we noticed that there was a truck in the driveway. We tried contacting the rental company before entering but did not get any information back. Upon entering the house with caution to find that nobody was there.The house kept very cool and the fans were nice. Having the rooms downstairs was a huge help for my family since we had young children with one of them in a wheelchair with a disability. The pool had a small pad attached, so my grandson was able to sit in his handicap pool chair and enjoy the pool with us.Some suggestions-I would like to share. The pool wasn’t the cleanest but the storms didn’t help with that. The instructions were not very thorough. We didn’t know what to do with the bedding and towels upon checkout, but was able to call the rental company at eight when they opened.Having both check-in and check out instructions laminated on the fridge would help renters.I would’ve liked the grass to have been cut. It was a little too high for us to comfortably roast marshmallows. We also found a long piece of mangled metal in the grass. The grill needed to be cleaned before using. Please add handled broom and a vacuum. Gutters need cleaning at entrance. Corn hole was broken."

"This was a great property for us and our teenage kids. The condo was very clean, well-equipped with lots of kitchen items (we cooked a big meal one night and they had spices and all the pots and pans we needed) and for beach goers, there were some beach chairs, a small cooler and a great umbrella that we utilized so we didn't have to bring those items. The condo was in a convenient place within Pawley's Plantation and I even walked with my clubs to the golf course for my round. Lots to do in the area as this complex is right in the heart of things right off Hwy 17. Highly recommended."
