"Myself and my husband have stayed here several times before and always enjoy our stay. It is convenient to the airport, Swords, north Dublin area. The staff are always lovely and the rooms are clean. I did notice an unpleasant smell on the ground floor near the vending machine just before the corridor to the rooms - I'm guessing some sort of plumbing issue. This is the only place that the smell was though, and the room corridor and room itself were totally fine. I didn't get to use the leisure facilities or eat on site this visit but have eaten there before and it was lovely. "

"The buffet breakfast was not very well controlled. One family beside me (two parents and three kids) were constantly going back to the buffet and bringing back plates of food that was not eaten. Two hours after I had left the dining room, I encountered the family returning to their room with plates of food. This behaviour should be better controlled. We are all paying for this bad behaviour. "

"The receptionist was quite rude. Also had to pay 17 euro for parking per night. We had a very long walk to our room and it was poorly signed. We kept getting lost as it was so windy "

"Going to the wrong hotel wasn’t a great start, the restaurant manager on Saturday night wasn’t very friendly but the waitress was lovely. Overall a nice stay but please sort out the hotel on google maps "

"We were delighted to be back again in the Grand Hotel - the renovations have made such a massive difference to the quality of a stay there. From the beautiful bedrooms to the gorgeous lobby (which really is Grand now!) to the delicious food, everything is 5 stars! Whether it is to celebrate a Big Birthday (we brought our family there for my 70th) or a cosy 24 hour break for ourselves, the Grand is a winner!"

"Travelling to Dublin is cheap and easy. The flights drop you to terminal one and you can begin exploring the city. On this occasion I was at an exhibition near the airport and opted to stay at the Premier Inn Dublin Airport Hotel. While this is a short 10 min bus journey from the airport it is situated in a retail park. I didn't realise they had an airport bus so this is useful to know. Alternatively local 41 buses you can get there for 2€ in cash (or the airport convenience store sells them for 2.60€). The hotel is well equipped with a restaurant and bar, which was where the party was at on Tuesday night! Guinness & Cocktails were flowing! However, I opted for a very short walk to the Hogs and Heifers bar & restaurant. Unlimited breakfast was on offer and I regret skipping this. There is a McDonalds across the road if you fancy something else. Dublin centre is about an hour by bus from this hotel. If you get the local bus its very cheap. If you go back to the airport and catch the Airport bus its 15€ return. Uber and Taxis will be a lot more. As with all Premier Inns the rooms are amazing. Black out blinds worked perfectly, coffee & tea, irons, nice beds, lovely shower, clean, great staff, everything you need. UK plugs by the way, but you probably knew that. Highly recommend. Its not fancy, but it does an excellent job. However, if you are there for the city centre, you may find this a bit too far out."
