"There was construction in the unit next to us. They were installing metal framing. That required sawing metal which was so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. This went on for three solid days so we left two days early. The noise was from 8am to 6pm. The host said she could refund one night but nothing else. We have been coming to Kiawah for 30 years and have never been treated this way"

"This little gem of an appt. has all the amenities needed for a lengthy stay for a couple. Four people would be too tight. A short stroll leads you to the beach which is perfect for a morning walk with a hot cup of coffee. ( yes it is that close) We have stayed here a couple of times and it has been consistently a good place to stay."

The host was the best as she made sure every detail was taken care of and she was very responsive to any questions. Her communication was the best you will encounter!
