"This hotel is my go-to when I visit Jefferson, Wisconsin. The staff are super pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My room is ultra clean, and everything is ergonomically correct for ease of use. Decor is pleasant, and there are many areas I can place my luggage, bags, ready-to-eat food items, etc. Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron are in perfect working order. The ice machine was in tip top shape producing lots of ice quickly. The pool was super clean and well-organized. The breakfast offered real silverware, real plates, and ceramic coffee mugs along with plenty of breakfast choices; including a fresh variety of fruits. The bed was so comfy, I over-slept! LOL! The owner/manager/Jerry was so fun to talk to and so friendly. I'm looking forward to booking my next visit soon with this hotel. Everyone there made me feel very welcome."

"Room was clean. Did not use pool or hot tub. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast on the first morning was less than expected. Went down at 8 am, very little coffee. Things were better second morning."

"Bed linens dirty on one bed, crumbs on the floor and other surfaces, shelf for hanging clothes falling off the wall, water pressure so bad it wouldn’t go up to shower head, water was yellow in toilet, breakfast room was dirty, no juice or milk, overripe bananas, only 1 bagel, same bread that was there the day before, very limited on food. No hot tub, pool closed mostly. Never again"

"Our 2 room suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable! We did appreciate the breakfast being available at 6:00, as well as the warm food choices offered. Thanks to their efficient staff. All was clean & comfortable in the breakfast area too!"
