"Street parking can be difficult in the area. Hotel location is not in the best neighborhood. There is an underground garage nearby that charges roughly $25. The hotel is relatively new and has a large breakfast dining area. The lobby has a market and free coffee/tea/hot water."

Made request for an extra pillow never received, made a request for an iron at 6:30am was never received, had to follow up at 8am and still never received the iron. Checked out at 9:30am. "Very noisy and the TV kept cutting off and there were no streaming apps, no Netflix as it was an old TV. No Microwave in the room but there was a small fridge. The sheets were clean but the comforters had a lot of cigarette burns on it. The one thing, the bathroom was very clean."
